Why can’t I register the account? 

Please check the followings:

  • The password must be at least 8 characters long and contains uppercase, lowercase A-Z and number
  • The one-time verification code may be incorrect or expired (last for 3 minutes), please request the system to resend SMS
  • Please ensure that the registered mobile number can receive SMS, the sender is MOKOeVoucher

 

What if I forget my password?
  1. Click“Forgot Password”button at the bottom of login page, enter the registered mobile number
  2. Receive the reset SMS, press the link of the SMS to reset password
  3. Login again with the new password

 

How to redeem e-vouchers?

After registering the account and fulfilling the requirement of designated redemption programs, you can present your account number/mobile number and valid spending receipts at designated location, staff will grant the e-voucher(s) to your E-Wallet.

 

How can I check the details of my redeemed e-vouchers?
  • Click “My Vouchers” in homepage, this page will show all the available vouchers and expired vouchers.
  • By selecting the e-voucher respectively, you can check the quantity you have, the expiry date, the participating merchants list and the terms and conditions.
  • There are specific terms and conditions for each voucher. For example, the minimum spending amount for using one e-voucher, the maximum quantity of e-voucher(s) can be used per single transaction, limitation when using the e-voucher(s) in conjunction with other offers. Please read carefully or consult the merchant(s) for details before using it.
  • The participating merchant list is subject to change. Please check or consult the merchant (s) before using the e-voucher(s).

 

How to use my e-vouchers?
  1. Select the e-voucher and visit the participating merchant or designated location
  2. Present the e-voucher QR code for scanning
  3. Staff will verify if the e-voucher is valid and eligible to use on your spending
  4. Check out and pay the balance if any

*If you wish to use multiple e-vouchers (depending on the terms and conditions of the e-voucher), you can swipe to the right and find another e-voucher QR code for staff scanning.

 

How to check my usage records?

You can check all the usage records in “Usage Records” under “My Vouchers”.

 

My e-voucher is expired?

You must use the e-voucher(s) within the valid period. Expired e-voucher(s) will not be accepted or re-issued. Please use your e-voucher(s) as soon as possible.

 

Can I exchange redeemed e-vouchers for other e-vouchers?

Once the redemption of e-voucher(s) is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and any format of exchange will not be given.

 

Can I cancel the use of e-vouchers? Can I request a refund from merchants?

Once the use of e-voucher(s) is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Merchants will not refund for transactions conducted by using e-voucher(s). You may only request exchange for other item(s) according to the corresponding policies of the participating merchant(s), if applicable. Please consult the merchant(s) for details.

 

Can I register The Point bonus pts if I use e-vouchers to shop?

The transaction amount using e-voucher(s) is not eligible for The Points bonus points registration or redemption of any cash coupons/gifts/free parking offers. The eligible net spending after deducting the total value of used e-voucher(s) may be used to register the above offers (if applicable). Terms and Conditions apply.
